Managing Your Account

Your Source Parts account gives you control over your profile, preferences, and business settings. This guide covers all account management features.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your name/avatar in the top right
  3. Select Account Settings

Profile Information

Update your personal details:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Job title
  • Profile photo
  • Time zone
  • Language preference

Company Information

Manage your business details:

  • Company name
  • Industry
  • Company size
  • Tax ID / VAT number
  • D-U-N-S number
  • Company website

Address Book

Save multiple addresses for quick checkout:

  • Billing addresses - For invoice and payment
  • Shipping addresses - Delivery locations
  • Set default addresses
  • Add address labels (HQ, Warehouse, Lab, etc.)

Notification Preferences

Control how we communicate with you:

  • Order updates - Confirmation, shipping, delivery

Account Deletion

If you need to close your account:

  1. Complete all pending orders
  2. Download any needed invoices/records
  3. Contact support to request deletion
  4. Confirm deletion via email

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained for legal/compliance purposes.
