Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Ground Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: $8.99 for orders under $75
- Free Shipping: Orders $75 and above
- Carriers: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground
- Tracking: Full tracking provided
Expedited Shipping
- 2-Day Delivery: $19.99 (orders under $150), $12.99 (orders $150+)
- Next-Day Delivery: $39.99 (orders under $200), $24.99 (orders $200+)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metro areas - $49.99
- Saturday Delivery: Available for Next-Day and 2-Day - Additional $15

ESD-Safe Packaging
All sensitive electronic components are automatically packaged in ESD-safe materials at no additional cost:
- Anti-static bags for ICs and semiconductors

- ESD warning labels on all packages
Temperature-Controlled Shipping
- Cold Chain: For temperature-sensitive components - $25 surcharge
- Ambient Control: Insulated packaging for extreme weather - $10 surcharge
- Documentation: Temperature logs included with shipment
Bulk and Freight Shipping
Large orders may qualify for freight shipping options:
LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight
- Minimum: Orders over 150 lbs or $2,500
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Cost: Calculated by weight and distance
- Services: Liftgate delivery and inside delivery available
Full Truckload (FTL)
- Minimum: Orders over $25,000 or full pallet quantities
- Benefits: Dedicated truck, faster transit, lower per-unit cost

📦 Packaging Standards
All orders are carefully packaged with appropriate protective materials. We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible and right-size boxes to minimize waste and shipping costs.
Cut-off Times
To ensure same-day processing:
- Standard Orders: 5:00 PM PST
- Express Orders: 2:00 PM PST
- Same-Day Delivery: 12:00 PM PST (select areas only)
- International Orders: 3:00 PM PST (for same-day processing)
Returns and Exchanges
Return shipping information:
- Free Return Labels: Provided for defective items
- Customer Returns: $15 return shipping fee (deducted from refund)
- Exchange Program: Free shipping on replacement items
- RMA Required: All returns must have an RMA number
