Source Parts offers multiple payment options to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Choose the method that works best for your organization.

Managing Payment Methods
Adding a New Payment Method
- Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Select the payment type
- Enter the required information
- Click Save
Setting a Default Payment Method
- Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods
- Find the payment method you want as default
- Click Set as Default
Removing a Payment Method
- Go to Account Settings → Payment Methods
- Find the payment method to remove
- Click Delete
- Confirm the deletion

- Go to Account Settings → Billing History
- View all past invoices
- Download PDF invoices

Troubleshooting Payments
Payment Declined?
- Verify card number and expiration date
- Check billing address matches card
- Ensure sufficient funds/credit limit
- Contact your bank about blocked transactions
- Try a different payment method
Pending Charges
- Authorization holds may appear pending
- Final charge occurs when order ships
- Holds typically release within 3-7 days
