Source Parts offers multiple payment options to accommodate businesses of all sizes. Choose the method that works best for your organization.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cards are charged when your order ships. We use PCI-compliant encryption to protect your card information.

🏦 ACH Bank Transfer (US)

  • Direct bank account payments
  • Lower fees than credit cards
  • Ideal for large orders
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days

💸 Wire Transfer

  • Available for orders over $1,000
  • International wire transfers accepted
  • Order ships after funds clear
  • Bank details provided at checkout

📄 Purchase Orders (Net Terms)

For approved business accounts:

  • Net 30: Standard payment terms
  • Net 45/60: Available for qualified accounts
  • Credit check required for approval
  • Apply via Account Settings → Payment Methods

💰 PayPal

  • Pay with PayPal balance or linked accounts
  • Buyer protection included

Managing Payment Methods

Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Go to Account SettingsPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Select the payment type
  4. Enter the required information
  5. Click Save

Setting a Default Payment Method

  1. Go to Account SettingsPayment Methods
  2. Find the payment method you want as default
  3. Click Set as Default

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Go to Account SettingsPayment Methods
  2. Find the payment method to remove
  3. Click Delete
  4. Confirm the deletion

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Account SettingsBilling History
  2. View all past invoices
  3. Download PDF invoices
  4. Filter by date or order number

Invoice Details Include

  • Order number and date
  • Itemized products and quantities
  • Unit prices and totals
  • Shipping charges
  • Tax amounts
  • Payment method used

Troubleshooting Payments

Payment Declined?

  • Verify card number and expiration date
  • Check billing address matches card
  • Ensure sufficient funds/credit limit
  • Contact your bank about blocked transactions
  • Try a different payment method

Pending Charges

  • Authorization holds may appear pending
  • Final charge occurs when order ships
  • Holds typically release within 3-7 days
