Connect from claude.ai (hosted)
Use the hosted Parts MCP server at mcp.source.parts directly from claude.ai — no local install and no API key.
Add the connector
The hosted server runs over streamable HTTP and handles authentication with OAuth, so there is nothing to install locally.
- Open claude.ai and go to Settings → Connectors
- Click Add custom connector
- Enter the URL: https://mcp.source.parts/
- Complete the OAuth sign-in when prompted
- Start using Parts tools in any conversation
No API key needed
Authentication is handled through OAuth during the connector flow — you do not paste an API key. Your Source Parts account governs which tools and data you can access.
